i like fitness fitness is do to people is good for health i play rugby for jungle crows i am not play rugby good but i do fitness very hard i think fitness jog morning walk and running are good for health and mentality are also good some people are no wake up in morning because he feel lazy and he did not think to jog in morning and run do fitness he think always to eating food and sleep in own bed specially fat people he did not think to decreasing our fat only he thinking come on school and job and eat food and sleep in bed and so people exercise and run jog are good for health your health are good you feeling good exercise are good for our country and our wold our diet is eating chicken, milk & eggs do diet two time lunch,&dinner, morning diet is bread , milk ,egg.
